In 2020, Lynsey was navigating major family challenges — including a death in the family that deeply impacted her life — while still running her businesses. Like many high-performing women, she turned to traditional therapy and spent nearly three years doing the work.
While it helped, she still felt low, exhausted, and not quite like herself. The anxiety was persistent. The motivation she'd always counted on had quietly disappeared. Some days the depression made even simple decisions feel impossible. She kept showing up — but the woman who used to light up a room was running on fumes.
Eventually, she was introduced to a restorative health approach that looked at the full picture. A personalized hormone therapy and wellness plan. Within a few months, her energy returned. The fog lifted. The anxiety softened. And her motivation — her drive, her spark — came back.
At the same time, she was working with a business coach focused strictly on productivity, accountability, and numbers. While those things matter — nobody was talking about the real-life circumstances that shape how we show up. The grief. The hormones. The family. The body.
That realization changed everything. Evolve Holistic Coaching exists because Lynsey needed this and couldn't find it. So she built it.
